By using 10kfunding.com or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are acting for a business, and that you are authorised to submit information on that business's behalf.

These services are for commercial purposes only. They are not offered for personal, family or household use.

10K Funding LLC is a business financing broker. We collect information about your business, assemble it into a submission, and present it to third-party funding providers.

We are not a lender. We do not lend our own money, we do not make credit decisions, and we cannot approve anything. Rates, terms, fees and the decision to fund are set solely by the funding provider.

No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will be on particular terms, or that funding will complete. Any amounts, ranges, timeframes, partner counts or match estimates shown on this site are illustrations based on general experience. They are not offers, quotes, commitments or predictions about your file.

How we are paid. Funding providers pay us a commission when a transaction closes. You pay us nothing. You should weigh our guidance knowing that.

You agree that information and documents you give us are accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to share them. Submitting false or altered documents may be a criminal offence and will end your file.

You agree to disclose any existing financing, advance or lien against the business. Undisclosed positions surface in underwriting and can constitute default under agreements you already hold.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated collection, no interference with its operation, and no use of it to break any law.

The calculators, guides, articles and industry and state pages on this site are general information, not advice. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice and do not take account of your circumstances.

Calculator outputs are estimates using stated assumptions, including a level payback over the term entered and approximately 21 business days per month. Real schedules, holdback percentages, reconciliation clauses and fees vary by provider. Use the results to compare, not as a quote.

Consult your own attorney, accountant or advisor before entering any financing agreement.

When you submit an application and grant the authorisation on the form, you authorise us to share your application and supporting documents with third-party funding providers for the purpose of obtaining offers.

You also authorise those providers to verify the information, including by obtaining credit reports or public-record information where you have separately consented to it. A soft inquiry does not affect your personal credit score; a hard inquiry may, and you will be told before one is made.

You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by emailing office@10kfunding.com, although we cannot recall information a provider has already received.

The content, design, text, graphics and code on this site belong to 10K Funding LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy the content without written permission.

This site may link to third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or agreements.

Any financing agreement you enter is solely between you and the funding provider. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee the provider's performance, and disputes about that agreement are between you and them.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10K Funding LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the services, even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or the services will not exceed the total compensation we received in connection with your transaction, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10K Funding LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you provided that was inaccurate or that you were not authorised to share.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at office@10kfunding.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.

If that fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockland County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial, and to bringing claims as a class or in a representative capacity, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where appropriate, or from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

<span id="sms"></span>Programme. 10K Funding sends text messages about applications in progress — status updates, missing documents, offer notifications and scheduling.

Consent is separate and optional. SMS consent is collected by its own checkbox on the application, distinct from the authorisation to share your file. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of applying or of receiving funding, and declining does not affect your application.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with funding partners or any third party for marketing purposes. That consent stays with 10K Funding.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with the activity on your file.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, or email office@10kfunding.com.

Supported carriers. Most major US carriers. Carrier support may change and delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.

<span id="esign"></span>By using this site and submitting an application, you consent to receive records, notices, disclosures and agreements electronically, and to sign electronically where offered.

What you need. A device with internet access, a current browser, a working email address, and the ability to open and save PDF files.

Paper copies. You may request a paper copy of any record by emailing office@10kfunding.com. We may charge a reasonable fee, and we will tell you before we do.

Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing office@10kfunding.com. Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable time to process it, and may mean we cannot continue providing the service electronically.

Keeping your details current. Tell us if your email address changes so that records reach you.

An electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
