Three steps, no paperwork to start
How it works
You fill out one application. We assemble a complete file, take it to the funding partners most likely to say yes to a business like yours, and bring back the offers side by side. Decisions often come the same day. Funds typically land 1 to 3 business days after you sign. Applying is free and there is no obligation at any stage.
You apply — about four minutes
Three short steps. Basic details about the business, roughly what you need and what it is for, and how to reach you.
Checking your options is a soft credit inquiry. It does not affect your personal credit score. A hard inquiry only happens if you accept an offer and move forward, and we tell you before that happens.
There is no fee to apply and no obligation to accept anything.
We build the file — same business day
This is the part that actually determines your outcome, and it is the part most people never see.
A funding partner receives dozens of submissions a day. A complete, well-organised file gets read carefully. An incomplete one gets a fast decline or a low offer, not because the business is weak but because the underwriter cannot see enough to price it properly.
So we do the assembly work: pull the statements into the format underwriters expect, flag the things that need explaining before they get misread, and attach the documents that answer questions they are going to ask anyway.
What we come back to you for. Missing statements, a document that came through unreadable, or context for something in the account history. We would rather ask you on Tuesday than get a decline on Thursday.
We submit — to the partners that fit
We work with a network of more than 40 funding partners. They do not all want the same thing. Some will not touch trucking. Some will not go under two years in business. Some are strong on equipment and weak on unsecured working capital.
Submitting to the right five is better than submitting to all forty. Shotgunning a file across an entire network generates multiple credit inquiries and a reputation for being shopped, and it produces worse offers, not more of them.
We tell you where the file went and why.
You compare offers — 24 to 48 hours
Offers rarely arrive in comparable shapes. One will be shorter with a higher factor rate, another longer with a lower daily payment, a third secured against equipment at a much lower cost but a few days slower.
We lay them out with the numbers that matter: total payback in dollars, the payment amount and frequency, the term, whether there is a reconciliation clause, and what happens if you pay early.
Then we tell you what we would do and why. You do not have to agree.
You can also walk away. Nothing is binding until you sign a funding agreement directly with a funding partner.
You sign and get funded — 1 to 3 business days
The funding agreement is between you and the funding partner. We are not a party to it and we do not lend the money.
Read it before you sign. Specifically: the total payback amount in dollars, the payment schedule, whether there is a reconciliation clause, any fees deducted from the funded amount, and whether a personal guarantee or a confession of judgment is attached. If a confession of judgment is in your paperwork, have an attorney look at it.
Funds are usually deposited within 1 to 3 business days of signing.
How we get paid
The funding partner pays us a commission when a deal closes. You do not pay us anything, at any stage.
That is worth stating plainly because it creates an incentive you should know about: brokers get paid when deals close, which means every broker has a reason to tell you yes. Ours is a referral business in a community where reputation travels quickly, so a deal that hurts you costs us more than the commission is worth. That is the structural reason to trust the advice, and you should weigh it for yourself rather than take our word for it.
If we think you should wait, take a smaller amount, or go somewhere else entirely — including to a bank, a CDFI or an SBA lender — we will say so.
Straight answers
How long does the whole process take?
A complete file submitted before 2pm often gets same-day decisions. From there, signing to funded is typically 1 to 3 business days. The slowest part is almost always gathering bank statements, which is why having three months of PDFs ready before you start makes the biggest difference.
What makes a file 'complete'?
Three months of business bank statements downloaded as PDFs from your bank, a voided check, your EIN letter and a driver's licence. Add an equipment quote if the money is for a machine, or an aging report if you invoice on terms. Photos and screenshots of statements are the single most common cause of delay.
Do you check my credit?
A soft inquiry, which does not affect your score. Funding partners may run a hard inquiry once you accept an offer and move forward. We tell you before that happens.
Can I apply if I already have an advance?
Yes, and disclose it up front. It shows in your bank statements regardless, and a discovered position is far worse than a disclosed one. Some partners will consider a second position, many will not, and knowing which is which is part of what we do.
What if I do not like any of the offers?
Then you decline them. There is no obligation and no fee. You can also come back later — a file that was thin in March is often fundable in September if the deposits improved.
