Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026. This explains what 10K Funding collects, why, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted. The short version: we collect what a funding partner needs to price your file, we share it with the partners we submit to, and we do not sell your information or share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.

01

Who we are

10K Funding LLC ("10K Funding", "we", "us") is a business financing broker with offices at 1 S Madison Ave, Spring Valley, NY 10977. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and we do not set rates or terms.

Questions about this policy, or any request described below, go to office@10kfunding.com.

02

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete an application we collect your name, email address, phone number, business legal name and trading name, industry, state, time in business, approximate monthly bank deposits, the amount and purpose of funding sought, and whether you have existing financing.

Documents you send us. Business bank statements, voided checks, EIN documentation, identification, equipment quotes, receivable aging reports, leases, licences and similar records supporting your file.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We use this to understand which pages produce useful enquiries.

Information from third parties. Funding partners may tell us the outcome of a submission. Where you authorise it, a partner may obtain credit or public-record information about you or the business directly.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are directed to businesses, not consumers.

03

Why we use it

  • To assemble your file and present it to funding partners who may be able to make you an offer
  • To contact you about your application by phone and email, and by text where you have separately agreed
  • To verify identity and business details, and to prevent fraud
  • To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations, including retaining consent records
  • To understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries, in aggregate

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you. Credit decisions are made by funding partners, not by us.

04

Who we share it with

Funding partners. This is the core of the service. When you submit an application and grant the authorisation on the form, we share your application and supporting documents with third-party funding providers so they can evaluate your file and make you an offer. Each partner then handles your information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Service providers. Companies that host our site and database, deliver our email, and provide phone and messaging services, acting on our instructions.

Legal and protective disclosures. Where required by law, subpoena or regulator, or to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.

Business transfers. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with funding partners or any other third party for marketing purposes.

05

Calls, texts and email

When you submit an application you authorise us to contact you about it by phone and email at the details you provide.

Text messages are a separate, optional consent collected by its own checkbox. If you grant it, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your application. Full terms are in the SMS Terms.

Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about an application already in progress.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. Where the law of your state requires all parties to consent to recording, you will be told at the start of the call.

06

How long we keep it

We retain application records, supporting documents and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and generally for at least five years after the last activity on a file. Consent records are retained for the period required to evidence compliance with telephone and messaging rules.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so except where we are required to keep it. See the next section.

07

Your choices and rights

Whatever state you are in, you can email office@10kfunding.com to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to stop contacting you, or to withdraw an authorisation you previously gave

If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also have rights to access a portable copy of your information, to appeal a refused request, and to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information or engage in cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email us with enough detail to locate your record. We will respond within the time your state's law requires and will not discriminate against you for asking.

Note that some rights apply to personal information rather than business information, and that most state privacy laws contain exemptions for information handled in a commercial financing context.

08

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember which campaign link brought you here, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the page that produced it. We may also use standard analytics to count page views.

You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. The application form works normally either way. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where they are legally required to be honoured.

09

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to people who need it to do their work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers or online banking credentials by ordinary email. We will never ask for your online banking password. If a funding partner needs sensitive identifying information, we will tell you how to send it securely.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.

Effective August 9, 2026.
