Email is the fastest way to reach us, especially with documents attached. If something is urgent — a failed cooler, a supplier deadline, a job you need to mobilise on — say so in the subject line and we will move it to the front of the queue the same business day.

We respond to everything received during business hours the same business day. If you already have an application in progress, reply to the existing thread rather than starting a new one — it keeps the whole file in one place.
What to send
If you want a straight answer quickly, include these in your first message:
- Three months of business bank statements, downloaded as PDFs from your bank — not photos or screenshots
- What you need the money for, and by when
- How long the business has been operating
- Whether you have any existing advances or financing in place
That is enough for a real answer rather than a general one. The document checklist covers the rest.
Please do not send a Social Security number, a full bank account number or online banking credentials by ordinary email. We will never ask for your online banking password. Where a funding partner needs sensitive identifying information, it goes through a secure channel and we will tell you what to expect.

Can I get a rate quote by email?
Not an honest one. Rates are set by the funding partner against your specific file, so anyone quoting a number before seeing statements is guessing. What we can do quickly is tell you whether your situation is fundable and which structures fit.
Is my information secure?
Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Never send banking passwords, and be cautious with unencrypted email for identity documents. If something needs a secure channel, we will set one up. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
